I didn't quite know what to expect with this one, but it has become the one that I use everyday. It's the perfect size for odd jobs like slicing rolls, bagels, fruits, veggies. Great all around tool for the kitchen when you just need something to do the job quickly.

This is the ONE knife to have in your kitchen. It is sharp, cuts fine or chunky and handles easily in your hand. It is also light, doesn't feel cumbersome. It is great knife for anyone to have in their kitchen.

Love My Zwilling Knives

I just added these knives to my collection. I have used Zwilling JA Henckels knives for several years and love them. They keep their edge and are very easy or sharpen (hone). They are an important part of my enjoyment of cooking.
