Handy prep knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love that I can slice & dice soft fruits & veggies somuch easier than with a non-serrated blade. It also works great on harder produce as well so I don't have to switch back & forth between two different types of blades. I have many Zwilling knives but this one is quickly becoming a favorite!

Love my pro prep knife, so was excited to see it available in a serrated version. This unique serration does require some getting used to, however it is good at cutting thru items with firm exteriors and the wider heel of blade allows for chopping something larger on the cutting board.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great for all your small tasks

I am so happy I have this knife for small tasks that call for a small knife so that I don't have to take out my longer bread knife, like cutting a tomato or a sandwich in half. I also like how it has a wider blade than a typical bread knife so that I have more leverage when I'm cutting.

I love the elevated handle which provides natural clearance with the cutting board. The serration is very unique which alternates a point with 2 waves, it is very sharp and effective at cutting squishy tomatoes, bread, or anything in between. One of the most used knives in my kitchen.

Scary sharp and does ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING I want a small prep knife to do.
I use a custom GRANITE cutting board and I have yet to dull this baby. Slices and dices anything and everything including meats, small fruits and veg.

Just received this knife as a Engagement Gift. I like the fact it is small enough for me to have comfort using, and yet it can do almost everything I need to do in the kitchen.
The Pro series has a nice comfortable grip, and a bolster that actually curves, so it truly feels so comfortable when using.
The rounded blade makes cutting and chopping so much easier because it helps facilitate the rocking motion that I use when cutting,
Think I need a few more knives from this series!
