Excellent Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this knife at a skills class at the Henckels Studio and absolutely loved it. I bought it at the store and it is now my go-to knife. Great balance, incredibly versatile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first set of zwilling knives is 15years old and the are still been used. I can see them lasting for many more years. I saw the pro set and I'm glad I got them now I can hand my first set to one of my boys.
