This serrated prep is wonderful it cuts through everything! Usually serrated knives don’t have any knuckle clearance but this one does so you can use it for chopping up all kinds of different vegetables, fruit, bread and sandwiches.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sleek, slender and sharp!

The quality of this knife is unquestionable. It is part of the Pro line, one of Zwilling's best. The steel will hold up for a lifetime and the knife requires little maintenance, just an annual sharpening and a weekly honing (see the 2-stage sharpeners if you are timid about honing). It has an angled bolster, a new design features that matches the grip of professional chef's. It keeps the thumb and forefinger in the correct position for maximum control. The handle is a little on the slender side. Good for light touch.
This prep knife lives up to all expectations. It is very sharp, nothing slows this blade down. Excellent for slicing tomatoes, peaches, pears, baguettes, meats and cheese. At least!

This Pro prep serrated knife is everyone's favorite 3 years ago, we gave this knife to almost every family member, my husband's family. They had a chance to choose from bellasera flatware, variety of beauty items and variety of knives in the pile. This serrated knife is the most popular picked and they said, it is the most sharpest knife they ever used.

Love my pro prep knife, so was excited to see it available in a serrated version. This unique serration does require some getting used to, however it is good at cutting thru items with firm exteriors and the wider heel of blade allows for chopping something larger on the cutting board.

I thought the fine edge Pro prep knife was great and then there was the serrated prep. Two amazing knives. Love the shape and size. If I had to pick a favorite it would be like asking which kid I love more-impossible.

Great serrated prep

I gave this knife as a gift to a family member and they love it. The serrated blade is just big enough to cut large produce like oranges and limes to small bread rolls and meat like hotdogs, sausage, etc.. It’s great for cutting anything that doesn’t necessarily need to be cut with a larger blade, like a Chef or bread knife, but it's still large enough to be used on a cutting board. The bolster is really great to help grip the knife with ease, and it’s a knife you didn’t know you needed until you use it.

This knife actually deserves a thousand stars. I LOVE it! The unique Z15 serration makes it so easy to cut through anything and the comfort of the exclusive curved bolster is remarkable. You will never want to buy another prep knife after you use this! It's the BEST!
