Great Value, Great Set

I love having these matching serving pieces when setting a family dinner or holiday table. Plus they do a fantastic job baking everything from a dessert to a vegetable or pasta casserole. I like to prepare ahead of time to being able to put these in the freezer or refrigerator until time to bake is an added bonus. They do have to be brought to room temperature before baking in the oven, but doing prep work a day ahead makes a family and holiday dinner less stressful and more enjoyable. Clean up is easy! I've never had to soak any of the dishes for more than 10 minutes before any remaining food is loosened and removed.

This set of bakers are perfect for lasagna, casseroles, brownies and great storage for leftovers. They go from the freezer to the oven, up to 572F, with no thermal shock problems. The ceramic will not absorb moisture, heats and retains heat exceptionally. The dishes are also microwave and dishwasher safe.

Great deep blue colour...oven safe to 575 degrees. Clean fairly easily. Covered square dish can bake practically everything...and 2 more dishes backing it up!

The elegance of the dark blue with warm white interior, makes you want to leave these out on display. The square opiece is stunning and other two pieces are incredibly versatile and well sized, highly recommend for yourself and as a gift its a great value!

Much better than lower quality bakeware

Don't skimp when it come to ceramic bakeware...I made that mistake and have had handles break off in my hands as I'm removing it from the oven. That won't happen with these beautiful pieces by Staub! You can feel the difference and the colors are beautiful.

The perfect trio for baking and casseroles. I made brownies and froze them right in the pan. Did the same with the other pieces. Love the Blue color and that their made of great quality from France.

One thing I have learned is that not all ceramic bakeware is created equal. Depending on the purity of the clay and the quality of the manufacturing, you can get different results. Staub ceramic-ware cooks with consistency and cleans up nicely. And these are so much prettier than glass. The French Blue is a deep blue and looks terrific on a buffet or for a family meal!
