Sharp and Feels great in my hand

My first pro knife set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went with German knives when looking into my first pro knife set and working with sharp knives makes cooking easier and more fun. What a difference they make compared to my old knives. German knives are known for their durability and construction, which means they will be more forgiving for a beginner.
