I’ve been extremely happy with the ZWILLING Gourmet 7-Piece Knife Block Set. The knives arrived razor sharp right out of the box and have made food prep noticeably easier and more enjoyable. The chef’s knife is well-balanced and comfortable to use, while the paring and bread knives handle everyday kitchen tasks with ease.
I appreciate that the knives are lightweight without feeling cheap, and the German-made steel holds its edge well. The included honing steel and kitchen shears are a nice bonus, and the natural wood block looks great on the countertop without taking up too much space.
