These knives are perfect! They’re very sharp and light weight, excellent for all food prep and slicing less tender meats.
I love they way they handle to help me work effortlessly. It’s now a joy to chop or dice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first quality knife set I've ever owned. What a treat! I don't mind food prep anymore. It's a pleasure to cut meat and vegetables. Even the scissors is great. It cuts thru sealed stiff plastic that salmon is packaged by me, with ease. I'm looking forward to having my kids for Sunday dinner just so I can buy a roast from the butcher and slice it!!
