Sharp!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives are extremely sharp and so far have held their edge with daily use. We use these knives from cooking for ourselves with basic ingredients to cutting large cuts of meat used for smoking/grilling. I am very happy with them.

Better than very expensive hunting knives
