[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a new knife set with the essentials. So I got the 7pc and I'm much happier than I wouldve thought. I was worried that it would be German steel made in China,but no it was made in Germany. Used it today for the first time at Thanksgiving and it's sharp and efficient.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent quality for daily cooking needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were given a set of block knife as gift in our 20s . Now, kids took the old set to college and we bought a new set for ourselves . Very happy with the quality of the knife . The new set is so sharp and allows us to make perfect slice of persimmon for preserving in our dehydrator .

one thing that is not an issue for me is that the color of the wood block was light in the website, but the one I got is a dark wood
