The knives are lighter weight that the regular knives that are sold separately but the blades are good quality for the price and for being a set. This is a very good basic set and has everything really needed to start. Would make a great wedding or beginner chef’s gift.

It has the perfect basic knives or any kitchen and the tool to keep them sharp.
Plus the attractive knife block has extra slots for other knives I own.
Time to ditch some old cheap knives and enjoy using quality knives.
