[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have only had it for a week but the quality seems very good. Knives are sharp and the metal is light but sturdy. I've never chopped food faster.. guess I needed good knives. For the price it was worth it. Happy I bought them. Knives are made in Germany however the block,scissors, and sharpener is from China. Scissors are the best I've had from a knife set.

Very good knife block set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives are amazing. Very sharp. The high-carbon steel makes it look slick and something like a sword in fantasy film. I like that there's extra slots so I can put my santoku knife in. We will eventually buy matching set of four steak knives and put them in the bottom slots. So far these knives look brilliant and cut much better than budget knives I've been using. I would say this knife set is very good for someone getting a knife set for first time.
