Excellent feel and quality. i was looking for a forged knife set and the Henckels Elan 21-pc Knife Block Set exceeded all my expectation. Not only does it have every knife I could possibly need, it organizes them all in a handy and beautiful wood block.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What a stylish, all-forged, and fully equipped cutlery set in a quality block, all at a reasonable cost. The handles feel natural and the pieces, although slightly lighter than expected, are well-balanced. Just started using them and am looking forward to applying the honing technique outlined at the Zwilling site to retain their edges. They'll get plenty of use in this household. So glad we bought these, rather than celebrity or brand name stamped sets.
I would recommend this to a friend!

These knives are AMAZING !
So elegantly designed, fits perfectly in your hand, good flexibility and beautiful Knife Block.
This is the first set of "professional" knives I have ever bought and I can't believe the difference compared to my "box store" brand. I wish I would have indulged myself years ago and purchased these.
You won't be disappointed !
