Like a hot knife through butter, only not hot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this handle, the look, but especially the feel in your hand! I have another Miyabi knife, but it is not ergonomic like this one. I like this one so much better. It is incredibly sharp & very use to use.

Beautifully made, it's a great addition to our new RV. The handle felt more comfortable in hand compared to the other handles in the brand we looked at.
