Excellent knives!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Miyabi Artisan knives are my favorite. The 3.5" is my third and I'll continue to add to my collection. They are excellent quality and lightweight. I hand wash them after use and they are just as good as the day I got them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Miyabi Artisan SH2 3.5 in Pairing Knife is wonderful and perfectly balanced knife! I the Miyabi Artisan knives (I also have the 7 inch chef’s knife) are a delight to work with! Easy of use, heavy enough that I can feel the knife in my hand, but not too heavy that I feel that I am using energy to work with it! Highly recommended!!

Paper thin, razor sharp, and durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my eye on this knife for a few years. Finally decided to splurge and my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. This is the perfect size for quickly processing vegetables and fruit. I have a recipe for stuffed cherry tomatoes that is very tedious, but this knife made it much easier. You'll be glad you have this knife in your kitchen.
