Unique, beautiful and just fabulous! This 3.5" Miyabi Black paring knife is the perfect size for paring and peeling. A true extension of the hand, works like a dream even with arthritis in my wrist. MC66 steel is razor sharp, and requires almost no maintenance. The black ash handle is gorgeous and has a comfortable, luxurious feel exactly what one would expect.
