Perfect for price point!

It performs extremely well and is well worth what I paid. The blade is sharp and well balanced, and the handle fits perfectly in my small hands. I have no doubt it will be in my kitchen for years to come.

Aesthetically, the color is perfect and the length is great for my small hands, and doesn’t feel overbearing. Highly recommend.

What a difference!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compares to the chef’s knife that I currently use, the Slim Chef Knife is a HUGE upgrade. Perfect weight, smooth cutting motion and the perfect handle shape for my grip. I discovered the knife while taking a knife skills class at Sur La Table. Great price too.
