A beautifully balanced blade that perfectly handles daily cooking needs. Love the sharp steel that requires very infrequent maintenance and worry. Highly recommend having your go-to chefs knife as the Le Blanc (or you could do the opposite) so you can easily find your favorite knife in your block.

I love love the balance of the blade, its so comfortable.
It's just so pretty,
The white handle is so nice and sleek.
Supper light weight but yet nice weight.
Seems to be made with very good material.
I live my willing pro knife.
