Really nice balance in hand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife has a really nice feel in your hand. The 7in blade was much better for me as a smaller lady. I also really like that it comes it with the option for a White handle, which helps me differentiate it from my other knives at a glance. This is a great chef knife to add to my collection.

Swilling pro 7” chef knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great knife. Comes with an amazing blade on a white handle with three tangs. Lightweight and comfortable in the hand. I used it to thinly cut a ribeye for cheesesteaks and wow I’m impressed

The Le Blanc is just as excellent and looks beautiful! I love this 7” version as well—I find it much easier to work with than my 8” chef knife and know it is going to become my new kitchen workhorse!
