It’s beautiful and functional. The weight in my hand is perfect and it slices so easily through anything I have in the kitchen. The handle is beautifully made and the material of the entire knife is pro level.

This knife is so sharp and easy to use. It's not very big. 7 inches is small compared to the chef knives I'm used to using, but I can still get the job done.
