As someone with arthritis, it is difficult for me to still perform my daily prep tasks with the bulky dull knives every kitchen has. This 7” chef knife is lightweight, easy to handle, and above all, stays SHARP. The handle is balanced well with the blade, and is very durable. I also love that the handle is high quality material, and white, which makes it stand apart from my coworkers sets.

New Favorite Chefs knife

I absolutely Love my new Zwilling chefs knife! The blade is super sharp and precise. The handle is well balanced and easy to hold, with a good weight throughout. My husband purchased it for me from Smoky Mountain Knife Works in Tennessee.

Absolutely love this knife! I discovered it at a knife skills class, and love the 7-inch blade. It combines the advantages of a real chef's knife with a shorter blade that's easier to handle for someone with smaller hands. The knife is a great weight but also not overly heavy.

The balance is almost perfect. The blade maintains sharpness longer than other similar brands. It’s the perfect knife when a paring or large knives are not needed.
