Typical Zwilling quality, performance and dependability. Appreciate the weight and thin blade of the slim chef knife. The white handle is also a nice change.

The blade came very sharp. The handle is comfortable and the transition from handle to blade is smoothed out making it more comfortable for cutting large quantities.

This is a beautiful piece of work. I have a Japanese knife that I really like but, this is now my favorite. I find my hand going right to the pinch grip. I love the bolstering the white handle. Very well balanced. Razor sharp! I'm going to enjoy this knife for a long time. Just upped my cooking experience. Grazie Mille. Thank you Zwilling.
