ZWILLING Chef's Knife Makes the Best Present!

Our longtime good friend Louie Meyers, Proprietor of Pryde's Kitchen & Necessities in Kansas City, uses her favorite Chef's Knife at her Home, which is the ZWILLING Pro League Blanc 7-Inch Chef's Knife. I wanted to give my wife Vivien a Special Chef's Knife for Christmas, so I took Louise's recommendation and I purchased this Chef's Knife for Vivien. Vivien anxiously opened her Christmas Present early, and she Loves her New Chef's Knife, especially because it is the same Chef's Knife that Louise uses!

Well Balanced All Around Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from the 8 inch chef’s knife to this 7 inch because I find the 8 inch too long. I also like the gentle curve of the tip which allows me to be able to use the tip for fine cutting. If you fine the 8 inch too long, give this one a try.
