My new favorite knife

Great Everyday Knife

This was the second knife I bought when started cooking for a living. I still use this as my prepping knife. If I don’t want to bring my knife roll with me to work or when I visit family, I will just wrap this in towel for just in case. I usually carry a 10 inch chef knife, 7 inch chef knife, 10 inch bread knife, and bird’s beak knife.
