[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this pro chef 7” knife with white handle. It is a beautiful and extremely sharp knife out of the box. Well balanced with great edge retention and excellent ergonomic handle that is just right thickness for my hands. Looking forward to many years of working with it.

Sharp and slim

First Professional Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an amateur cook, I received this knife from my son as a gift. My knife skills are at best beginner, but with a few lessons from my son and lots of practice, I am improving. This knife made slicing and dicing last night easy. It was taco bar night and slicing and dicing all the fixins such as lettuce, peppers, tomatos, onions, olives, fresh cilantro, fresh parsley and of course garlic for the meat. Sorry didn't think to take a pic.
