Prefer the rounded handles, this might get a bit tiresome to hold, time will tell
Very sharp and traditionally my Zwilling knives have held their edge well

Wonderfully sharp and perfectly balanced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife was a gift given to me. Upon use I loved the way the knife fit in my hand. I’m a left handed woman, and the knife just “fit”. It was extremely well balanced and very sharp. Cuts smooth and precise a X3 as it sliced through my vegetables with ease. It has taken the place of my #1 knife and is by far my new favorite! I LOVE this knife!
