I have wanted this knife for so long and I finally caved in and bought it. I'm so glad I did! I've used this knife for more than 1 month now religiously and it cuts like a dream. It's very light weight but just enough to carry weight through potatoes, meat, melon. The handle is very smooth and comfortable to hold, also great for smaller hand grips. You'll just feel like it's very easy to manuver with. Blade is definitely very pointed and sharp so be careful! It's very pretty to look at in my kitchen for bonus. It's definitely worth it for the long haul and great investment. Highly recommend!

Exceptional knife for the discerning home chef

Very sharp knife that keeps an edge well and makes light work of kitchen prep. I don't feel like I've lost anything from the shorter 7 inch compared to the 8 inch models

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this knife at a cooking class and it is by far my favorite. The grip is great as I have small hands. It's sharp and allows for precise, easy cutting. The value of this knife at this price point is a huge plus. Recommend for those starting off their professional knife collection.
