Grab this Graphite santoku whenever you need to chop or mince during prep work. The comfortable handle and sharp, hollow edge blade will make any meal prep a piece of cake.

The aesthetic of the Graphite Santoku knife is really sleek. This German stainless steel forged Santoku knife is a really great knife to use for chopping meats and vegetables. It has a nice weight to it and the handles contours nicely in hand for easy and safe gripping while chopping produce.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This santoku is perfect for vegetable prep. Its made from high quality German Steel and has a fully forged bolster (middle of the knife) which means is strong and durable. The handle looks like smooth metal but it actually is brushed so no slipping when wet. The hollow edge helps move food away from blade when cutting.
