This knife is very comfortable to hold and is extremely sharp. I believe it is well worth the price to have in your kitchen. I have not had it Long enough to know how long it will keep its edge.

With its very modern sleek design, this line of all metal knives is very good. The quality of the steel, the workmanship of the fully forged blades with integrated bolster makes the knife comfortable and easy to work with whether you’re cooking for one or prepping for a banquet. These knives are well worth the money.
This santoku knife, it comes in two sizes, is a terrific chopping knife. Designed to go to work on vegetables, it can slice meat with equal ease. The hollow divots reduce friction and allow food to slip away easily. I prefer the 7-inch because I have the length to cut through larger foods.

Great value for a santoku knife. It has a super modern look with that sleek graphite colored handle. The knife has a solid feel and it cuts really well.
