Sharp and Easy to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the 7” hollow edge Santoku knife. I’ve been wanting a knife to help me prep for salads and oh boy does it make it much simpler! It is so sharp and so easy to grip. Easy to handle. I did my homework and Henckels is top!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this knife daily and it is perfect for every veggie I’ve come across. I usually prefer a 5 inch blade but the 7 is much better for my needs. I thought the longer blade would be overwhelming and intimidating but it’s not too bad!

This knife is significantly balanced. It is made with high quality stainless steel with a full tang and end cap, which offers the extra weight to make this knife so balanced. It is a great starter knife as it is a value line.

A santoku without the frustrations

When I'm cooking vegetables, cutting them for a sushi, ramen or just a grilled cheese I've found myself gravitating towards this knife. I've enjoyed this brand so much I've purchased more knives. I'm going for sets I'll know I'll enjoy for a lifetime!
