Great balance despite blade length!

I love the handle and how balanced it feels. Despite the length of the blade it is comfortable in my hand. It will take some getting used to to, but this is perfect for long slices, I am excited to use it on fish or a roast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife is impossibly sharp right out of the box. Will cut delicate slices of almost anything with very little effort. German steel is easier to maintain than more traditional Japanese knives. Excellent value for money and a great option for those who don’t have the time, resources or experience to take care of a more traditional knife. Pairs great with the Zwilling V sharpener.
