Well Balanced Knife Made of Quality Steel

Light and Nimble with good edge and blade geometry and ergonomics. Great for everyday tasks like vegetable processing to trimming fat. It has quality Steel that retains a sharp edge and a great pattern to boot.

great knife when 8 in chef is too big but a 3.5in pairing is way too small
