This product is incredibly sharp, and small enough to be very agile with in the kitchen. It’s perfect for what I was looking for, and I’ll definitely have to add more of these knives to my set

Great general purpose knife

Damascus pattern is beautiful and the knife has held a sharp edge. Generally more of a germam style knife fan but the release on this blade with food is excellent

This Miyabi knife is great! The size is perfect for smaller precise cuts and the handle matches. Very easy to handle and super sharp. My 2nd in this lineup and lives up to its name.

5.5 Inch version prep knife

These knives are some of the best I have ever used and I have had many German and Japanese knives. I I have the 5.5 inch version of this which isn't on the website but I must say is perfectly sized and cuts everything I need with precision. the handle feels nice in the hand the the craft of the blade is perfect.

Great Budget Premium Knife

The handle is a phenomenal and comfortable shape, with great balance, making the blade feel weightless in the hand. The etched Damascus steel looks amazing, and the whole package seems to be sturdy, but not bulky.
I would recommend this to a friend!
