This Miyabi knife is great! The size is perfect for smaller precise cuts and the handle matches. Very easy to handle and super sharp. My 2nd in this lineup and lives up to its name.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great general purpose knife

Damascus pattern is beautiful and the knife has held a sharp edge. Generally more of a germam style knife fan but the release on this blade with food is excellent

This product is incredibly sharp, and small enough to be very agile with in the kitchen. It’s perfect for what I was looking for, and I’ll definitely have to add more of these knives to my set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 2nd Miyabi knife I've owned.
They are simply the sharpest knives I've ever owned. Far surpassing every German blade.
Try it, you'll like it!
