Like the assortment of this set and the quality even though it is stamped & not forged. I find that all 3 knives are sharp, durable and easy to use. A great value for a very good 3 piece set.

Sharp knives, comfortable handle, 3 knives taking care of multiple culinary tasks. This is a great value for knives that will do any job needed in the kitchen.

This is a nice forged carving set. Forging improves a knife's weight as well as giving it better edge retention (will stay sharp longer). It has great weight and balance, and I love the curved three rivet handle; very comfortable. Perfect to slice turkey, ham or a roast.
