It stays sharp a lot longer then my old knives, the balance of it in my hand while cutting is incredible probably one of the best knives ive used! Can’t speak for the flexibility as none of the knives in this set are used in that way

Most useful set of knives for a young adult. The large one is used almost everyday by my 25-30 year old kids. The serrated one is wonderful for tomatoes and small breads or rolls, and the paring knife is perfect for peeling fruit, taking the tops off strawberries or chopping a garlic clove. Most useful gift I’ve ever given. Oh and get a sharpener.
