Perfect for many meals not only brie!

I originally got this "brie baker" for brie but have found that I use it for much more than that. As I'm generally cooking meals for one or two these days, this baker is perfect for small roasts or cuts of meat - also really good results with vegetables. It is also beautiful enough to use as a serving bowl for side dishes, etc. I might need to buy another one as this item has proven to be super useful in the kitchen.

Not just for Brie

This Brie Baker is especially ideal for making small casseroles for two people and it can be taken from the oven to the table as a personal size serving. Also great for dessert...sliced apples with boubon/maple syrup glazed raisins and pecans. We will be getting another one! Yum!!

Excited To Use!

Absolutely gorgeous! I had been looking for a oven safe bowl that could have multiple uses and the Brie Baker fit the bill perfectly. It isn't too small but not so deep and wide. Can't wait to try it with Brie but also other things like dips, cheeses, etc.
