Wonderful Gift

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this knife as a gift from two of my fall houseguests. It is the perfect size, weight and balance for veggie chopping, dicing etc. and was the missing piece between my 8" chef's knife and my 4" paring knife. I love it!

Super Versatile

I love this knife and use it for all types of tasks. It’s got just enough heft and length to fill in for my full size chef’s knife for most tasks. It really shines for carving meats and it’s light and nimble enough that it does a great job de-boning.
