Solid stainless steel paring

The aesthetic of the Graphite paring knife is really sleek. This German stainless steel forged paring knife is a really great knife to use for peeling fruits and vegetables. It has a nice weight to it and the handles contours nicely in hand for easy and safe gripping while peeling produce.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent little paring knife. Comfortable in the hands. Good grip on the handle. It is great representative of this line of all metal knives.
The Henckels Graphite is made of high quality stainless steel, the workmanship of the fully forged blades with integrated bolster makes the knives comfortable and easy to work with - whether you’re cooking for one or prepping for a banquet. These knives are well worth the money. Comfortable handle with a little heft to it for good tactile feel.
Easily maintained. Hone regularly, sharpened only when needed. These knives will keep their edge. Dishwasher safe.

As part of our Grapite set, we are enjoying the paring knife. The contrast of the "Graphite" handle with the stainless steel blade is really nice. Sharp and lightweight. Great for any small job.

I like the sleek, modern look of this line and as far as I am concerned, this is one of the most used knives in the kitchen. I keep this within easy reach of me where ever I am working in the kitchen. German steel, lightweight and durable with an ergonomic handle. Great gift to yourself or your friends and family.
