Great value for a paring knife. It has a super modern looking handle that is also comfortable to hold. The knife has a solid feel and it cuts really well.

Very modern looking paring knife at a great value. The stainless steel handle has a slight texture making it feel secure in the hand. Nice and sharp this will quickly become your favorite paring knife.

I love the look and feel of this paring knife. The solid construction is well balanced and comfortable to hold. The blade is sharp and the acute angle makes it easy to shape and peel in hand with little waste.

I love the look of this two toned stainless steel paring knife. The graphite collection is made from high quality stainless steel that is corrosion resistant, The edge is nice and sharp and although they are fully forged they have a nice light feel in your hand. This paring knife has a good handle to blade ratio so it is comfortable in the palm of your hand for peeling but also fits nicely in your hand for small mincing or dicing tasks on a cutting board.

The perfect paring knife for all those smaller hand tasks - be it peeling, slicing or cutting blemishes. Easy to hold and has an ergonomic handle which makes it both comfortable and gives a good grip. Nice that it is made from German stainless steel and is lightweight. With a half-serrated blade, it gives you the best of both worlds and can also handle cutting tomatoes and citrus.

For all those little tasks

The parer is essential for all the small tasks like peeling apples or potatoes, pretty much anything you have to do "in hand".
Forged from German steel, this knife is sharp, durable, and has a great weight and balance. Love the sleek dark grey handle!
