Beautiful workhorse

First Staub product, very happy - the 7qt is large and a little weight, but no more so than the slightly smaller Lodge this replaced. The graphite is gorgeous. I bought this specifically because I wanted a large dutch oven for making chili, and the first outing did not disappoint - chili came out perfect. I'm looking forward to roasting, bread-making, and all of the tasty, tasty stews that will come out of this. Love it.

The black enamel coating made it very easy to clean. 7 QT is a good size for cooking large meat pieces or whole chicken. Perfect for a family who loves meat stews and soup.

The greatest addition to my kitchen- staub cocotte

The look and graphite color is eye catching and even better is the easy clean up. I am so thankful for the quality and purchase of my cocotte!
