[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After years of using less than knives, my wife purchased this knife for my birthday. I immediately wanted to start chopping and cutting everything in sight.
In the hand there is a natural balance between the blade and handle. The size of the handle is just wide enough to create a solid grip while working.

Chopping and dicing is therapeutic for me. I received this 6” chef’s knife as a gift and am smitten with it! I couldn’t believe the ease of using it. The weight of the handle balances perfectly to give a secure firm hold. It truly cuts like butter. This is my first knife of this kind of caliber and it’s stunning! I only wish that a protective sleeve came with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is stunning right out of the box. The immediate thing I noticed was its weight. This is not a light knife. The 6” version feels a bit handle-heavy but this seems to fade away with use. The 8” version of this knife feels a bit more balanced weight-wise. The fit and finish of this knife is superb. The edge seems to be extremely sharp right out of the box, which, is what I would expect of course given the quality of this blade. I cannot yet speak for it’s edge retention over a long period of time but, I expect it to be very good given it’s hardness. One of these knives will be a gift to my brother who is beginning his journey into his food passion and will hopefully stay with him for his whole life.
