[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As with the 8” chef knife I already own, this quality knife stays consistently sharp and is a joy in the kitchen. A total pleasure to own and use. Would recommend to anyone who likes a very good knife and knows their way around the kitchen. Absolutely love the well designed handle. Also purchased another 8” chef knife for my son.
