Great knife.... for a while

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knife feels goood and looks good and handles well. The blade becomes chipped and dull in less than a year. Thought given the cost it would stay sharp longer than department store knives.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Would recommend to anyone who likes a very good knife and knows their way around the kitchen. Absolutely love the well designed handle. Also purchased another 8” chef knife for my son.
