This knife has upped my cutting skills by ten fold! Beautiful Japanese design with nice hard SG2 steel, which makes slicing paper thin slices a breeze. Love my julienne cuts which were really impossible with my previous knife. Cutting, dicing and slicing is no longer a chore, and my foods really come out with that nice professional look.

Sharp and Exceptionally Designed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s amazing to get both an aesthetically beautiful knife combined with pure function. The blade is sharp out of the box and the balance is perfect. It has a great contoured handle for either a pinch grip or traditional hold. I mainly use this for vegetables but it could work for small prep tasks. All in all, I am very pleased with my purchase end it is evident this is a high-quality product.
