This is the absolute perfect knife for a chef or home cook. The grip is designed so well and balanced meticulously and fits my hand grip perfectly. The way this knife is weighted is also perfect! Allows for speed and accuracy.

This knife is my new go to! Dont be fooled by the belly on the handle or its weight. It is balanced and precise. Blade is reliable and well built. Great standalone for any collection
