Wide Blade

This 3 inch paring knife sports a wide blade and substantial handle. High quality stainless steel fine edge blade is good for peeling, removing blemishes, and small cutting tasks.

Good if you like chunky

This paring knife is on the chunkier side. It's sharp wide blade makes it very stable and comfortable when cutting fruits and vegetables in your hand. Personally, I prefer a 4-inch blade, so I like the 5-inch prep knife.
The Statement line is a very distinctive, and very popular around the world. Stamped from high quality German steel, they are durable and will maintain their sharpness with normal care. These full tang knives feature an steel cap at feel secure in most hands. The curve at the end of the handle is comfortable for larger hands. These knives are a very good value.

a small knife neither too small or too big in my hand. It is great paring knife for home chef, portable travel knife, from home to pack in lunchbox to work and outdoor activity. It is sharp, light and comfortable in my hand.

Super sharp and sturdy blade with I like to use for peeling and slicing small hand fruits and vegetables. Sleek yet classic design. The contour design makes the handle comfortable.
