I just love the weight of this little guy, not to heavy which is perfect since I am doing all of the paring/cutting in my hand. The stainless steel in this blade is extremely rust resistant, and stays sharper than any parer I've ever owned. It's a great length and the slight curvature is perfect to go from peeling my apple to slicing off a nice piece to pop into my mouth in a quick and easy series of motions! wow, what a great price to boot!
I would recommend this to a friend!

A 3" parer is a great little knife to keep around for peeling an apple, removing a bad spot from a potato or any small tasks. The fine edge blade gives you a clean slice every time. The curved three rivet handle is both comfortable and durable.
