Nice handle

I like the feel of this handle because it is comfortable the way I hold a paring knife for peeling and also for small slicing tasks like strawberry hulling. The stainless end cap provides a nice weighted balance on this little stamped knife.

Well balanced and sharp! I love a good paring knife and it is one of my most used knives in the kitchen. This one is sharp and will stay sharp longer than most and fits all my needs.

Learning how to use one is a cinch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never used a posting knife before 2020, and since we were home anyways I decided to purchase items to learn to cook better and with the right tools. This made my chopping of shallots, deveining jalepeños and de-skinning a garlic clove like an extension of my own hand!

a small knife neither too small or too big in my hand. It is great paring knife for home chef, portable travel knife, from home to pack in lunchbox to work and outdoor activity. It is sharp, light and comfortable in my hand.
