This is a good value for a college student or someone trying to get more into cooking. It is sharp and has a great fit in the hand.

I just love the weight of this little guy, not to heavy which is perfect since I am doing all of the paring/cutting in my hand. The stainless steel in this blade is extremely rust resistant, and stays sharper than any parer I've ever owned. It's a great length and the slight curvature is perfect to go from peeling my apple to slicing off a nice piece to pop into my mouth in a quick and easy series of motions! wow, what a great price to boot!

One-piece, fairly broad paring knife coupled with slightly larger, 3-rivet grip fits in palm snugly.

The whole Statement line of knives is great because I love the handle because it is very comfortable to use and they are all so sharp! This paring knife in particular is a great little knife to peel and chop all the small things around the kitchen.

Perfect for peeling an apple or even intricate work like decorative vegetables. The knife is made from high quality stainless steel so no tarnishing or rusting. Ergonomic handle is comfortable even when working on detailed projects.

Well balanced and sharp! I love a good paring knife and it is one of my most used knives in the kitchen. This one is sharp and will stay sharp longer than most and fits all my needs.

This is a great little parer and is very well priced. I use this knife all the time and I love how it feels in my hand. The 3" blade is just right for me. I feel like I have a lot of control when curving around round fruits and vegetables. The blade is nice and sharp and glides through skins without wearing on my hand.
