Super sharp and sturdy blade with I like to use for peeling and slicing small hand fruits and vegetables. Sleek yet classic design. The contour design makes the handle comfortable.

a small knife neither too small or too big in my hand. It is great paring knife for home chef, portable travel knife, from home to pack in lunchbox to work and outdoor activity. It is sharp, light and comfortable in my hand.

This 3 inch paring knife sports a wide blade and substantial handle. High quality stainless steel fine edge blade is good for peeling, removing blemishes, and small cutting tasks.

Great price for a sharp durable knife made out of German stainless steel. It’s thick solid handle makes holding the knife comfortable. Easy to use for the small jobs.

A 3" parer is a great little knife to keep around for peeling an apple, removing a bad spot from a potato or any small tasks. The fine edge blade gives you a clean slice every time. The curved three rivet handle is both comfortable and durable.

I like the feel of this handle because it is comfortable the way I hold a paring knife for peeling and also for small slicing tasks like strawberry hulling. The stainless end cap provides a nice weighted balance on this little stamped knife.
