[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used a santoku knife for many years. My only disappointment was that it wasn’t holding the edge as well as I’d like. I love the new Kramer Damascus. I spent several weeks looking for and evaluating knife choices. This is the best knife I could find. It arrived sharp and the steel looks great.
