I have followed Bob Kramer for quite some time. So excited to finally own my own. It is unique. Wider blade and substantial handle in my hand. The damascus detail is amazing. The sharpness doesn't compare to any knife I've ever owned. Certainly an investment, but worth it.

Once you've used this beautiful Damascus santoku knife, you'll never want to use another knife again! This is the sharpest knife I've ever used and it stays that way longer than any knife out there. The blade and handle are so uniquely crafted and the bolster allows for complete control and maneuverability when doing prep work. I LOVE this knife!

Awesome Santoku

A great alternative blade by Kramer, this santoku has a wider blade than most santoku’s but makes it perfect for chopping everything. With the 101 layers of SG2 steel, this knife will stay sharp much longer and is a lot more durable than most Japanese knives.

This Bob Kramer santoku has a wide blade with ample room between the handle and cutting board. The 101 layer Damascus patterned broad blade also has a rounded heel at the back of blade and smooth spine where you rest your palm when mincing.

This blade is a little sharper than some in this line. The 7" is a great size and weight for those with smaller hands . my daughter loves using this size. This is a beautiful knife and fits comfortable in your hand.

A Santoku from the Bob Kramer collection is one you will never have to replace! The wide blade and beautiful Damascus design are made to last, along with the sharpness! I love the linen Micarta handle that looks like wood, but feels way more comfortable.

What more needs to be said? It’s a Kramer! Nonetheless, this is among my top knives, I’ve always been avid of santoku’s, and when I found this beautiful chevron Damascus blade, I feel in love... the design is incredible, the balance is incredible, the sharpness is incredible, it’s an all around, versatile, and incredible knife all-around! You won’t be disappointed.
